Before your firm moves a single file, you should know who can see it and where it goes. Here are the plain answers.
Who can see our files?
Only members of your firm. Roles shape what each person can open and do, and we walk through the access settings in the demo.
Where does our data go?
Firm data is stored in a secured cloud. When you use Ask Faura, the relevant text is processed by large language models from OpenAI, Anthropic and others available through our providers. None of it is used to train those models.
What is kept, and why?
Zero data retention is in place with our AI providers, so they keep nothing once a request is answered. Faura keeps your documents and their review history, because that record is what your firm builds on. We will go through retention and deletion with you before you start.

How do we bring our existing files into Faura?
Start with the files and workflows your firm most wants to share. In the walkthrough we identify a sensible first scope. Migration scope and onboarding are agreed separately.
What happens to our Word documents?
They stay Word documents. Your team edits in Word as it does today, then uploads the new version. Faura records each version and who approved it.
Does a source reference mean an answer is correct?
No. A source lets counsel inspect what a finding rests on. Reading the source and testing the reasoning remain the lawyer's job.
Can we discuss our firm’s access and data requirements?
Yes. Tell us what you need to cover and we will prepare for it. Please keep client names, confidential matter details and documents out of the website request.
